Jennifer McEvoy and Michael McEvoy talk about their life in theatre, growing up in a theatrical family, acting, writing and running The Globe Players which last year celebrated 50 years.
The Globe Players are the foremost Shakespeare and Children’s Theatre company in London and the South East, bringing high quality, low cost, professional live theatre to tens of thousands of schoolchildren every year for 50 years.
Their repertoire includes lively presentations of classic texts, children’s plays and workshops. Covering the National Curriculum criteria for English, their mission as a charity is to stimulate imaginations and inspire young audiences by bringing the enriching experience of theatre to as many children as possible.
