ON CLASS INEQUALITY IN THEATRE
We’ve launched a BIG GIVE crowdfunding appeal to raise money to produce a brand new piece of theatre with our ARDENT8 ensemble this Autumn. 8 young, talented actors from across England will get the chance to perform for 1-week in a professional London venue.
The ARDENT8 programme was set up to support actors from outside London who face financial and geographic barriers to pursuing their careers.
Judi Dench, Emma Thompson, our chair of trustees David Harris and the Big Give have between them pledged £10,000 to support the production if we can match their contribution.
We have just 10 days to raise another £10,000 and we need your help!
Between Wed 5th and Fri 21st March, every £1 donated online via the Big Give releases £1 from our pledgers. It means that every pound you give is worth twice as much!
